# BumiAtlas > Interactive map of Indonesian land parcels (persil) from BPN's public land map, with land rights, BPN village boundaries, RDTR zoning, land value zones (ZNT), HGU, mining and forestry concessions, conservation areas and flood hazard. Free to use in the browser; AI assistants can query the same data through an MCP server. The interface is in Indonesian (default) and English. ## Data notes - No owner names: the parcel layer only has the parcel's number, right type, area, year and boundary. - Areas are m²; coordinates are WGS84; bbox is [west, south, east, north]. - Certificate numbers (nomor) have 14 digits: kanwil(2) kantah(2) kecamatan(2) desa(2) right type(1) serial(5). The first 8 digits are the BPN village code. - Village codes are BPN codes, not Kemendagri/BPS codes (Bali is 22 here, 51 at Kemendagri), and regencies that split keep their old codes. Look codes up with Parcel_find_village rather than guessing. - HGU (Hak Guna Usaha) rights come from BPN's public HGU map: the certificate, holder, area, land use, expiry and decrees, with the holder's name as BPN records it. - Concessions (mining from ESDM, logging and pulpwood from KLHK) and conservation areas come from Nusantara Atlas; their boundaries are only accurate to ~11 m. - Zoning comes from RDTR (Rencana Detail Tata Ruang, detailed spatial plans) published by ATR/BPN. Plans cover planning areas, mostly towns and their surroundings, not whole regencies; no zone at a place usually means no plan there. - Flood hazard comes from BNPB's InaRISK national hazard map: 100 m cells in three classes (rendah/low, sedang/medium, tinggi/high). It is a model for screening, not a record of floods. - tipehak is the right type: Hak Milik (freehold), Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB, right to build), Hak Guna Usaha (HGU, plantation/agricultural lease), Hak Pakai (right of use), Hak Pengelolaan (management right), Hak Wakaf (religious endowment), Kosong (no right recorded). ## Map - [Map](https://bumiatlas.com/): search a place, NIB, certificate number or coordinates; tap a parcel for its details, overlaps and a printable report. - Links to a feature: `https://bumiatlas.com/?persil=` (several: comma-separated), `?nib=`, and likewise `?hgu=`, `?znt=`, `?rdtr=`, `?konsesi=`, `?konservasi=` with the feature's id. Database results refresh daily. Areas may overlap; totals are not unique land coverage.
